You are strongly encouraged to inspect and verify your product carefully in front of the delivery person before accepting the package. If you find any defect, damage, mismatch, or authenticity concern during inspection, you may immediately return the product to the delivery person.

In such cases, we will take the product back right away and refund the delivery charge according to our policy.

Please note: Once the delivery person has left after your confirmation, returns for physical damage or change of mind will not be applicable.
